To be clear on one point: ZIP Codes do not cover the whole U.S. There are gaps in unpopulated areas like, for example, the deserts in southern California/Arizona, so it is not true to say that 100% of the U.S. is covered by ZIP codes.
Do your geodata products cover the whole United States?
